Where does Haru get their wigs from?

Do you custom make wigs that are not in the catalogue?
Yes we do. For non listed wigs, please send us clear pictures/reference to our email and we will check the prices for you. Wig price varies by length.
Where does Haru get their costumes from?
Haru is the official distributor for Coscomics costumes in Singapore. Coscomics specializes in cosplay costumes, and is very popular among cosplayers for their high-quality costumes, which are sold at affordable prices in US and Japan. Click here to go to Coscomic's official website.
How is the quality of Haru's costumes/shoes/weapons?
Haru focuses on quality and accuracy. We try our best to make it as close to the anime/game/manga as much as we can, not forgetting the price to make it affordable :)
How do i know my size for ordering?
All costumes are made to fit you perfectly. All costumes require your measurements. (Please see below for 'How to measure'.)
Do you custom make costumes/weapons that are not in the catalogue?
Yes we do. For non listed costumes/weapons, please send us clear and full (front and back) pictures/reference to our email and we will check the prices for you. The price of the costume depends on the material and the amount needed to make the costumes. The more complicated the costume design is, the more it will cost. Weapon price varies, depending on the material used.
Do you have photos of all the costumes?
Unfortunately, not all pictures for all costumes are provided. (We have plenty of costumes coming in and we are not able to take photos of all of them. We apologise for this inconvinience caused.)
What do I do if there is something wrong with my costume?
Please come back to Haru asap and we will do something about it. (e.g. spoilt zip, wrong measurements. Please note that if the wrong measurements were supplied by you, we will not be responsible.)
Are there any discounts on bulk orders?
There are discounts for 5 orders and above.
How much is the shipping and what method is used?
Our suppliers uses EMS to mail orders to Haru (Singapore). The cost is $10 per kg. Postage varies for orders to other countries.
How much is a costume?
Please check our costume list for the price. Prices should be right next to the costume name. If the price is not available, please send an enquiry to our mail with clear pictures.
How long does an order take?
All items are estimated to take 4 weeks. We order Zephyr wigs in batches, and start ordering once we reach 15 orders.
Where do I make the order/deposit/payment?
Orders are to be made in person at Haru together with deposit/payment. If it is not convenient to visit our store, u can transfer deposit through bank transfer, after sending orders to our email. For bank transfer, we use OCBC or UOB. Overseas orders are to be made through paypal.
How much is the deposit?
50% as deposit is required upon ordering. Please note that no Deposit/Payment = No order.
Where do I make the collection?
All collection is to be made at Haru :)
Our staff will call/sms you for collection when your order has arrived.
In case of no stock, full refund of deposit will be returned. In any case the supplier cannot make the item on time due to late order, we will also refund you the full deposit.
